DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENT
This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") establishes a legally binding relationship between (Website Name) ("Data Processor") and the party agreeing to these terms ("Data Controller"), effective from the (Effective Date).
The Data Controller is responsible for determining the purposes and methods used in processing personal data.
The Data Processor is the organization contracted by the Data Controller to handle the processing of personal data on their behalf.
